Russia first to enter all six FIA Motorsport Games disciplines
Team Russia has confirmed its full driver line-up for the inaugural FIA Motorsport Games in Rome.

Russia will compete in all six categories at the 1-3 November event, with entrants in GT Cup, Touring Car Cup, Formula 4 Cup, Drifting Cup, Karting Slalom and Digital Motorsport. Staged at Vallelunga Circuit, the international contest will see competitors from across the globe chase gold, silver and bronze medals in six distinctive racing categories.

The drivers selected by Team Russia are as follow:

  • Denis Bulatov and Rinat Salikhov will headline the entry, driving a Ferrari 488 GT3 in the GT Cup. Silver-rated Bulatov and bronze-rated Salikhov came fourth in last year’s FIA GT Nations Cup in Bahrain. The pair also compete together in the Blancpain GT Series.
  • Klim Gavrilov will represent the country in the Touring Car Cup. The 19-year-old is currently a title contender in his domestic championship. His touring car experience also includes outings in TCR Europe and the Italian series, where he has been a race-winner this season.
  • 16-year-old Pavel Bulantsev will compete in the F4 Cup. The 2017 OK category CIK-FIA European Championship runner-up currently leads the standings in the SMP F4 Championship.
  • Four-time Russian Drift Series champion Ilya Fedorov is set for a Drifting Cup outing. Olesya Vashchuk and Vladislav Bushuev will take part in the Karting Slalom Cup, with Digital Cup entrant Vasily Anufriev completing the line-up.

The results from each category will produce an overall medal table, with the top National Sporting Authority (ASN) awarded the inaugural FIA Motorsport Games trophy during the closing ceremony in Rome.
